Prompt AudioPrompt Software

Software you truly own

Pay once, with no subscription, and use your licence on two Macs. Try the demo first, for as long as you need. Bug reports and feature requests go straight into the development queue.

One payment
A licence is a single purchase. Updates within its major version are included.
Two computers
Activate each licence on two Macs. Moving to a new one takes one click on the licence page.
Demo without an end date
Plug-ins drop out for a moment about once a minute. Apps lock saving, export or a single action. Each product page says exactly what.
Offline activation
A request code activates a Mac that has no internet. Licensed products keep working without a connection.
Source code on request
From €99 per product, add read access to its source code on GitHub when you buy the licence. Build it and change it for your own computers.

From demo to licence

Try it in your own work first

  1. 1

    Download the demo

The demo is the full product. Use it in a real session or project for as long as you need.

  2. 2

    Buy a licence

Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. The key arrives by email right away and then shows on the confirmation page too.

  3. 3

    Activate

Paste the key into the product's licence dialog. The limits go away on that computer and on one more.

Tickets and feature requests

Small feature requests often get built within 48 hours

Every message to support becomes a ticket with its own number. We file it under the product it is about.

How tickets work
  1. 1

    Write to us

Use the contact form or mail support@dionics.ai. Your ticket number arrives by mail within a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Bugs get fixed

A bug report starts a fix, which goes through a review. When the fix needs a new version, we release one.

  3. 3

    Features join the queue

A feature that fits the product goes into its development queue. Bigger ones take longer than 48 hours, and we turn some down.

Try any Mac product before you pay

Download the demo and use it in a real session. Buy the licence when it has earned a place in your setup.
